Digital Service – No Physical Shipping
UPretty is a free digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. There are no paid deliverables of any kind. All service outputs are delivered digitally through our website at no cost.
How Content Is Delivered
Every signed-in user receives 10 free image generations per day. The entire workflow happens in your browser:
- Generated Images: AI-generated images are delivered instantly on-screen once the generation process completes (typically within 5-10 seconds). Images are immediately available for viewing and downloading.
- Downloads: Generated images can be downloaded directly from your Gallery in high-quality PNG format to your device at any time within the 30-day retention period.
- Daily Reset: Your 10-generation daily quota resets automatically at midnight. No action is required on your part.
Delivery Timeline
- •Image Generation: 5-10 seconds — generated images appear on screen and in your Gallery immediately after processing.
- •Image Download: Instant — download to your device in one click from the Gallery.
- •Daily Quota Reset: Automatic at midnight — no waiting period beyond 24 hours.
Delivery Issues
If a generated image is not appearing in your Gallery, or if your daily generation count was deducted without delivering an image, please contact our support team at bandihemanth7731@gmail.com with your account email and the approximate time of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore your daily count.
