Free Service — No Purchases, No Refunds

UPretty is currently offered free of charge. Every signed-in user receives 10 image generations per day at no cost. Because there are no payments or purchases of any kind, there is nothing to refund and no transactions to cancel.

Cancelling Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team at bandihemanth7731@gmail.com from your registered email address. Account closure permanently removes your account information; any generated images still inside the 30-day retention window will also be deleted, so please download anything you want to keep before requesting closure.

Daily Quota Restoration

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end but is incorrectly counted against your daily limit, please contact us with your registered email and the approximate time of the issue. Where appropriate, we will restore the count to your account so you can complete your generations for the day.

If Paid Tiers Are Introduced in the Future

Should UPretty introduce paid tiers at a later date, this policy will be updated in advance to describe the cancellation and refund process for any such purchases. Until then, no part of this Service involves payment.
